JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including payroll.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs according to Training & Development policies.
Assist in Training Needs Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Training calendar
JOB NATURE: Full time
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
MBA / Masters from any reputed University.
Candidates with PGDHRM degree will be preferred.
EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
At least four (04) years experience in similar position in reputed company.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Age within 32 years.
Candidates shall be aware about current Labour Laws & Rules.
Candidates must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office.
